In this special evening talk, Kadam Bridget Heyes shows how Buddha's timeless teachings offer clear, practical ways to understand worry, fear and anxiety, settle the mind and live with more balance — whatever your background or beliefs. The evening includes a talk and a guided meditation, held in the magnificent Grade I-listed Pittville Pump Room, set in parkland ten minutes' walk from the town centre.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Kadam Bridget Heyes is the National Spiritual Director for the UK and Ireland of the New Kadampa Tradition and Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre in Northamptonshire. A senior teacher of Kadampa Buddhism, she has been practising for over 35 years. She is widely respected for her clear and practical teachings and compassionate heart. Kadam Bridget offers helpful insights into balancing spiritual practice with the demands of modern life and leads regular courses at Nagarjuna Centre and other national events across the UK.
